Some of My Favorites.....

Sriracha is one of my favorite hot sauces for asian foods, my Mom cooks a lot of Asian foods, and I enjoy this sauce for it's pleasant burn and sweet, garlicky taste.  Pronounced SCHREEE-RA-CHA, with a lot of ooomph on the "RA" part ( like a growl).....Our family could go  through one of these 17 oz. bottles in a couple weeks.  I really like Scriracha on quesdillas and rice with eggs, which is something we eat a whole lot of around here.  I would rate this on the spicy index as " warm".  My mom like to cover an avocado with soy sauce and Sriracha for a snack.

Tapatio  is a sauce I use almost everyday on my eggs and pretty much
everything I eat.  It has a nice, salty, tangy, Mexican flavor and I find it
"mild" but some of my family members think it's on the spicy side.  It is
very good on Mexican food and sometimes my Mom will mix it with ketchup for fries.
