More of my favorites....

Fried Chili in Oil....This hot sauce can be found at Oriental markets where they sell all kinds of good hot sauces and bunches of smelly fish and vegetables. This is really good on rice noodle dishes and all Asian foods. This rates "pleasant burn" on my spice index and has a nice fried, onion-y taste with a nice crunchiness and leaves a burn that makes your lips feel warm. This sauce can be hard to find but it is worth it for the burn. I can eat this by the spoon-full...in fact, that's what I'm doing right this second.  On the bad side, these sauces can have MSG which my mom says is no-good for some reason....so look at the ingredients.  

Dave's Insanity...O.k.....this is spicy!! A few small spots of this hot sauce will burn and I rate this on my spicy index as "Spice-say". I like Dave's on small pieces of cheese with crackers.  A bottle of Dave's Insanity will last our family a month....pretty long for us.  This brand also makes "Hurtin' Habenero", "Ultimate Insanity" and quite a few other flavors....they are a little pricey but if you like spicy food these are a good brand. I haven't tried them all yet. This is a good sauce for everything that you want HOT.
